Mattmac is an award-winning Hip-Hop artist, producer, writer, and multi-instrumentalist.

The man behind the name is Matthew Monias.

He is from Garden Hill First Nation in Manitoba, a small community north of Winnipeg.

He was born blind and has had a passion for music since a young age.

His music carries themes of overcoming hardship, mental health, and appreciation for his community.

This past June he released his third studio album "All Eyes On Us” which was entirely self-produced.

The album is a highly collaborative project that features fifteen Indigenous artists from across North America.
